Information we collect. When you request a proposal, contact us, or apply for a job, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, company, email and phone number.

How we use it. We use your information solely to respond to your inquiry, evaluate job applications, and communicate with you about our services or your application. We do not sell your personal information.

Customer data we handle for clients.When we deliver support services, we may process end-customer data on our clients’ behalf. We act only on their documented instructions under a data-processing agreement and a Business Associate Agreement, and protect that data under written HIPAA administrative, physical and technical safeguards — plus the stricter 42 CFR Part 2 rules wherever substance use disorder records are involved. This website policy does not govern that processing.

Data retention. Inquiry and application data is retained for the period necessary to respond and, for applications, to complete the hiring process — then removed on request or after our standard retention window.
